Bibles Online

BibleGateway.com is great for looking at one translation or several at the same time. Pretty much every version of scripture is on this site.

NetBible.org is great for those who wish to go a little deeper and look at notes on the original language or notes from a commentator.

BlueLetterBible.org is similar to NetBible.org, but has a few more tools for digging up those nuggets of wisdom found in scripture. It can be overwhelming at first, but is sure to be rewarding. It is recommended for those wanting to do a deep dive.

Bibles for your phone

YouVersion Bible is one of the most downloaded Bible apps. This app has almost all translations packed into it! Most translations provide the option for scripture to be listened to by several narrators and at different speeds. You even have the option of finding different reading plans than can be read by yourself or with an online community.

Which Translation Should I Read?

Great question! Pastor Cody recommends the New Living Translation (NLT) or the New International Version (NIV) for those wanting something that is easily readable. The English Standard Version (ESV), Christian Standard Bible (CSB), and the New English Translation (NET) are great translations also.
